Work Arrangement : Hybrid (2 days WFH)
Key Responsibilities- Manage full spectrum of HR operations (excluding payroll & L&D)
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage employee relations and HR-related enquiries
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment laws
- Hands-on, independent, and able to multitask effectively
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
