We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Executive Director to lead and transform our recruitment operations. This critical leadership role requires a visionary strategist with a proven track record in operational restructuring, quality management, and employment best practices.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the recruitment industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategic direction for recruitment operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals. Set ambitious performance targets, identify growth opportunities, and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team. Provide regular coaching, create professional development pathways, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Evaluate and optimize current workflows, resource allocation, and technology use. Implement effective restructuring initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality systems to ensure the consistent delivery of high-calibre recruitment services. Promote compliance with industry regulations and internal best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients. Understand and anticipate their recruitment needs, ensure service satisfaction, and proactively seek opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Oversee operational budgeting, cost control, and revenue strategies. Drive initiatives that maximize ROI and operational profitability.
  • Ensure full adherence to relevant employment laws, ethical guidelines, and industry standards. Stay updated on evolving regulations and integrate best practices across operations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success. Provide insightful reporting and recommendations to senior leadership based on performance data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive experiencein the recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operational restructuring and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, quality management frameworks, and employment regulations.
  • Track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant recruitment software.
