Position: IT Sales Executive
An IT Sales Executive - Supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing quotations, processing orders, and liaising between clients and Ops.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Documentation: Prepare, update, and manage quotations, sales reports, and related documents.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary contact point for client inquiries, follow-ups, and customer support.
- Logistics Coordination: Process sales orders and coordinate with purchasing/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Sales Team Support: Assist sales managers with organizing sales-related events and activities.
- Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of IT hardware and software products.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client interaction and internal coordination.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with accuracy in handling documentation and data entry.
- Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Competitive salary between $2,200 – $2,500
