Sales Executive / Sales Support Executive

Be part of a team that keeps critical goods safe! We are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Support Executive to drive new business and support our growth in the Cold Chain and logistics sector.

This is a single-hire role where we are looking for a strong B2B “hunter” with the potential to grow.

• Actively prospect and acquire new B2B customers through cold calling and outreach.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable Cold Chain logistics solutions.
• Support the preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to build and maintain long-term relationships.

• Candidates with relevant Cold Chain/logistics experience will be hired as a Sales Executive, managing the full sales cycle.
• Candidates with strong B2B hunting experience but no industry background will start as a Sales Support Executive with a clear pathway to progress into a Sales Executive role.

1. Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with strong hunting ability.
3. Good command of English.
4. Confident in cold calling and client-facing interactions.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven.
7. Experience in logistics or cold chain is a bonus but not essential
