IT Operations Analyst (Access Management)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Handling end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and secure account provisioning and de-provisioning.Responsible for ID creation and provisioning such as generating a unique LAN ID which serves as the primary network access credential. Once the LAN ID is established, the system access team assigns application-specific IDs based on the individual's role and the permissions required for their job functions.
Carry out user offboarding procedures, such as deactivating LAN and application IDs for staff who have resigned. Ensure that all access rights are revoked without delay.Validate and manage user identities within applications. This includes reviewing and verifying access requests before and after granting (ID and access rights checker).
Adding and managing of user accounts and group memberships within Active Directory
Grant folder and mailbox access requests ensuring that users have the appropriate level of access to shared resources and email mailboxes.Collaborate with application team for UAT of ServiceNow enhancements, ensuring the new features function as intended, identify defects and recommend improvements.
Processing account extension requests and password reset (SOL, Oracle Fusion)
Respond to access-related incidents and user requests and queries, troubleshoot issues with user IDs, and escalate security concerns as needed.Support periodic access reviews and audits by generating user lists for relevant applications, removing access as directed from the review, maintaining accurate records of changes, identifying the request number for audit evidence.
Ensure system access request (ID Creation/Deletion/Sanction) SOPs are updated promptly.
