Job Summary
Lead contracts and vendor management within a facilities management environment. This role focuses on contract governance, service performance management, and operational improvement across building and infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee contracts for facilities and outsourced service providers
- Draft, review, and execute contract agreements and documentation
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery standards are met
- Support repair and replacement (R&R) projects and facility improvement initiatives
- Investigate faults, complaints, and operational issues and recommend solutions
- Manage budgeting, cost tracking, and contract-related expenses
- Develop policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements
- Provide regular reporting and updates to management
- Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 5–8 years of experience in contracts management / vendor management / facilities management
