Systems Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Support Engineer to support daily infrastructure operations, system administration, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server management, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in systems or infrastructure support
• Experience in Windows and Linux server administration
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, or Huawei Cloud
• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform) is an advantage

• Manage user and system accounts (create, update, delete, and review) across services such as Active Directory (AD), Operating Systems, and Cloud Service Providers (CSP)
• Deploy, update, and decommission Windows and Linux servers
• Perform OS patching and infrastructure-related deployments
• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and service availability; resolve issues promptly
• Ensure servers are updated with the latest OS patches and infrastructure components (e.g., drivers, agents, services)
• Provide day-to-day infrastructure and systems operations support
• Perform Microsoft 365 operational tasks
• Handle backup and recovery operations
• Provide cloud operational support across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Huawei
• Process infrastructure-related service and change requests
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to senior engineers or vendors when necessary
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Terraform-based infrastructure configurations in multi-account cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Manage and maintain code repositories using GitHub, including version control, branching strategies, and pull request reviews
• Evaluate and integrate both in-house and vendor-provided Terraform modules
• Support and monitor IaC deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to infrastructure provisioning, state management, and configuration drift
• Ensure all infrastructure code adheres to organizational governance, including security standards, IAM policies, and network architecture

• Experience with Terraform, HCP Cloud, and GitHub
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
