About this job We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our growing managed services team. Candidates should have strong problem solving skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Technologies supported by core network skills.

On a day to day basis the support team will be expected to perform the following activities:-

Proactively monitor and maintain hosted and managed systems
Take ownership of client problems and respond proactivley
Accuratley log incidents and track actions
To liaise with third party suppliers and product technical support
Maintenance of client-systems and internal documentation
Practical experience both in customer facing and remote support roles
There will be an opportunity to deliver project work working with customers and the consultancy team

Personal Attributes
Essential

At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
Proven support delivery evidence, either by reference or case study.
Able to work in a team environment
Willingness to be flexible
Highly organised
Able to work to tight deadlines and contracted Service Level Agreements
Able to communicate professionally
Able to multitask
Desire to grow and develop personally and professionally

Desirable

Experience in supporting Microsoft technologies.
