Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager

Mon to Fri, office hours

As an Assistant Manager, Operations (Pharmacy), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Support the Operations Lead in developing short- and long-term operational strategies and plans.
Assist in the development and review of operational policies and procedures.
Develop work plans and initiatives aligned with overall organisational and pharmacy strategies.
Oversee operational planning and performance management across pharmacy branches.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer service and patient experience.
Support quality improvement efforts across operations and pharmacy branches.
Prepare and analyse monthly operations reports.
Assist in the planning of new and redeveloped pharmacy branches.
Support community programmes and organisational projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations of pharmacies will be an advantage.
