As an Assistant Manager, Operations (Pharmacy), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Operations Lead in developing short- and long-term operational strategies and plans.
• Assist in the development and review of operational policies and procedures.
• Develop work plans and initiatives aligned with overall organisational and pharmacy strategies.
• Oversee operational planning and performance management across pharmacy branches.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer service and patient experience.
• Support quality improvement efforts across operations and pharmacy branches.
• Prepare and analyse monthly operations reports.
• Assist in the planning of new and redeveloped pharmacy branches.
• Support community programmes and organisational projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations of pharmacies will be an advantage.
