Role Overview
AUTO BIZ CAR PTE. LTD. is a premium automotive service brand specializing in paint protection film (PPF), color-change wraps, and professional car detailing.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Assistant Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the sales team, overseeing showroom operations, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities- Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly in a professional manner.
- Oversee daily showroom operations including scheduling, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Provide training and guidance to new sales staff on product knowledge and service standards.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Coordinate with technicians and operations to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage showroom presentation, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with external partners or corporate clients to explore new business opportunities.
- Perform the duties of the Sales Manager in his/her absence.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or retail management (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking customers.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
- Positive, hands-on attitude and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
- Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
- Competitive salary: SGD 3,500 – 12,000 per month (basic + commission + performance bonus).
- 6-day work week with 1 rest day.
