Role Overview
AUTO BIZ CAR PTE. LTD. is a fast-growing automotive service company specializing in premium paint protection film (PPF), color-change wraps, and professional car detailing.
We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant who is passionate about cars and customer service. The successful candidate will support daily showroom operations, assist the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for every client.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to
grow within Singapore’s booming automotive service industry.
Responsibilities- Assist walk-in and online customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate PPF or wrap services.
- Prepare quotations, manage bookings, and support order documentation.
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to clients before and after installation.
- Handle inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and social media channels.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, update display materials, and support marketing promotions.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Record sales transactions accurately and maintain customer data.
- Support inventory checks and general office administration.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service (automotive, retail, or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with local and Chinese-speaking customers.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
- Competitive salary: SGD 2,000 – 8,000 per month + performance bonus.
- 6-day work week with 1 rest day.
