My client, an education institution is looking for an executive to assist the team in maintaining online academic information for staff and students, organising and ensuring smooth conduct of meetings, and assisting end-users with system use.
Responsibilities- Assist in the maintenance of academic information; drafting and updating academic content for staff and students, and collaborate with relevant division colleagues to publish information.
- Ensure smooth meetings: schedule, logistics, room bookings, virtual arrangements, invitations, and attendee management.
- Prepare agenda/minutes and distribute materials.
- Follow up on action items and track progress.
- Assist in administration and support end-users (academic and admin staff) with system use.
- Review system information for accuracy, and update records as necessary.
- Other Duties as assigned
- Degree or pursuing tertiary education in any field.
- Experience in drafting communication materials or providing administrative and system support is preferred.
- Ability to apply logical reasoning and systems thinking to solve problems and make sound recommendations in meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with online content management is a plus.
The successful candidate will be offered a 11-month contract with a 1-month completion bonus.
