The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Experience and Sales Manager to join our close-knit management team. You’ll lead our enrolment pipeline, elevate the family experience, oversee key operations, and play a vital role in shaping our team culture. You’ll collaborate with leaders who respect and support each other, and you’ll be empowered to bring your ideas, energy, and inner extrovert to the table—especially when it comes to delighting our customers and staff.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the enrolment pipeline: trials, tours, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Monitor class occupancy, term bookings, and forecasting using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing on rebooking campaigns and referral strategies
  • Ensure zero lead loss through impeccable tracking and follow-up
  • Manage both local front-of-house and remote admin teams
  • Refine onboarding, support responses, and parent communications
  • Resolve escalations with empathy and creativity
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of classes, facilities, and customer service
  • Build a team culture that puts warmth, proactivity, and fun first
  • Collaborate closely with the management team, including Coaching and Facilities Managers
  • Help recruit, onboard, and motivate a young, energetic team
  • Contribute to a professional, playful, and community-focused culture where ideas and laughter flow freely
Who We’re Looking For
  • At least 6 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Management experience ideally gained within a swim school or other children’s enrichment environment (swim school experience highly regarded)
  • Proven out-of-the-box thinker with strong marketing flair
  • Energised (not broken!) by tight deadlines and frantically busy customer days—you thrive when things get fast and a little bit chaotic
  • You know the meaning of “hustle” in the start-up sense: you love rolling up your sleeves, making things happen, and finding creative solutions on the fly
  • Skilled in managing multifunctional teams, both on-site and remote
  • Commercially savvy, highly organised, and KPI-focused
  • Emotionally intelligent, with experience across diverse cultural groups
  • Mature and calm under pressure, yet fun, engaged, and team-spirited
  • Not afraid to think outside the box, bring energy to every challenge, and champion team connection
  • You don’t have to be a natural extrovert—but you love people, and you know how to let your inner extrovert shine when it matters most
  • A vault when it comes to protecting confidential information—you understand the importance of discretion and can be trusted with sensitive data

Please note that this is an onsite role, with limited work from home options since it’s customer facing

Requirements
  • Based in Singapore (Singaporean/PR)
  • Comfortable with Wednesday–Sunday schedule
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
  • Experienced with CRM, spreadsheets, and communication tools
  • Willing to complete CPR/First Aid training and child-safety checks
  • Must have considerable experience working with parents
