Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to daily public feedback, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established service standards
  • Support the implementation of service excellence initiatives and policies, including coordination and communication with relevant departments or units
  • Track, compile, and produce accurate and timely organisation-wide feedback statistics for analysis and reporting purposes, as required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Relevant experience in handling omnichannel public feedback.
  • Only Singaporeans.
