Temp Customer Experience Specialist (1.5 – 2 Months) - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Customer Experience Specialist (Backend) to join our team in the luxury automotive sector.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer interactions via live chat, social media, phone (inbound/outbound), and email, ensuring timely, high-quality support
• Investigate complex inquiries or complaints, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and provide clear and empathetic resolutions
• Maintain secure and accurate records in the CRM system, updating case statuses and outcomes regularly
• Support brand campaigns by managing RSVPs, guest data, event-day registration, and post-event follow-ups
• Pre-qualify campaign leads for consultants and ensure smooth handover to the sales team
• Contribute to reporting by cleaning and segmenting data, and generating insights on customer trends, campaign performance, and service metrics
• Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as required
• About You:
• Good communication skills with a premium, customer-first approach
• Ability to multitask across channels while maintaining professionalism
• Experience using CRM tools and handling sensitive customer data
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in luxury or automotive industries, is an advantage
