We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Customer Experience Specialist (Backend) to join our team in the luxury automotive sector.
In this role, you’ll be the voice of the brand—delivering professional, prompt, and premium support across all customer touchpoints.- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via live chat, social media, phone (inbound/outbound), and email, ensuring timely, high-quality support
- Investigate complex inquiries or complaints, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and provide clear and empathetic resolutions
- Maintain secure and accurate records in the CRM system, updating case statuses and outcomes regularly
- Support brand campaigns by managing RSVPs, guest data, event-day registration, and post-event follow-ups
- Pre-qualify campaign leads for consultants and ensure smooth handover to the sales team
- Contribute to reporting by cleaning and segmenting data, and generating insights on customer trends, campaign performance, and service metrics
- Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as required
- About You:
- Good communication skills with a premium, customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask across channels while maintaining professionalism
- Experience using CRM tools and handling sensitive customer data
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in luxury or automotive industries, is an advantage
