Contract Finance and Op Support Executive (Healthcare) at Buona Vista, max $3.5k - Geylang

Job Responsibilities:

• Budget Planning Support
• Support team in budget planning activities from coordination to input converge and record tracking etc.
• Procurement Case Management, Tracking and Review
• Provide support on the procurement activities tracking, record keeping, regular review on history, reconciliation of numbers and report creation when needed. Manage small purchase as and when required.
• Contract Management
• Manage the contract records using tools provided
• Inventory Management
• Manage the inventory of the devices of the team and projects
• Other Operational Supports:
• Email Audit Trail Backup
• CCTV review

Period:

• 1 Year Contract

Location:

• Buona Vista

Working Hours:

• 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:

• Up to $3,500

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional and resourceful with good problem solving skill.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. excel, word etc. for finance and project management records and reports) will be advantageous.
• Basic IT knowledge would be a plus.
