Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and handle patient inquiries.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately.
• Process payments and manage cash collection.
• Retrieve and update patient test results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with front-desk administrative duties and registration.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently
• Knowledge in clinic operations and duties
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office
