About the Role

You will support counter operations, manage customer enquiries, and assist with document verification and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and accurate daily operations.

• Assist with front counter operations and provide support on general enquiries, escalating matters when necessary.
• Provide professional customer service to walk-in clients and respond to enquiries via email.
• Guide customers through online procedures.
• Manage and resolve enquiries
• Review and verify documents to ensure compliance
• Carry out administrative tasks including data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with ad-hoc duties to support daily operations

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage
