Customer Service Officer (Full-Time)
Are you friendly, responsible, and love helping people? ?We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of The Care Laundry!
If you enjoy interacting with customers and keeping things organized, this role is for you!- What You’ll Be Doing
- Work Location & Schedule
50 Jurong Gateway Road
- 5 days’ work week
⏰ 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
✨ Daily Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store properly
- Assist customers with enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Accurately register and update orders & sales in the system
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of clothing to our laundry service
- Friendly personality with great customer service mindset
- Responsible and proactive (you take initiative!)
- Basic administrative skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to learn — on-the-job training will be provided!
