We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine. As a chef in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu items while upholding food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a wide range of Japanese dishes
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards of quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques related to Japanese cuisine.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a chef in a Japanese restaurant is preferred.
• Basic Food & Hygiene Certified.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
