Food & Beverage Team Leader (All day dining Restaurant) - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a motivated and service-driven Service Team Leader (All Day Dining Restaurant) to lead and inspire our team, ensuring smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team, providing training and guidance.
• Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Assist in managing reservations, guest seating, and dining flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor inventory, assist with stock ordering, and ensure proper use of supplies.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards in the restaurant.
• Support management in implementing promotions and service enhancements.
• Well versed in cashiering process.
• Performs other adhoc duties assigned to by the Assistant Restaurant Manager and/or Restaurant Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in a 5-star hotel’s All Day Dining restaurant with 1 year of experience will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
