Global General Manager - Singapore
We are partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure and open-source technology company that is building the next generation of enterprise AI platforms focused on Open Source AI, Sovereign AI, enterprise LLM ecosystems, and agentic AI technologies.
Backed by an ambitious global vision, the company is expanding internationally and is looking for a highly entrepreneurial Global General Manager to work directly with the Founder & CEO in driving global growth from Singapore.

The Opportunity
As the Global GM, you will serve as one of the key strategic leaders of the business and work closely with the Founder across business expansion, ecosystem partnerships, commercial growth, and operational scaling globally.
Singapore will serve as the strategic international hub for the company's regional and global growth initiatives across ASEAN, APAC, the Middle East, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Global Expansion & Market Growth- Lead international business expansion initiatives from Singapore into key global markets
- Develop and execute scalable go-to-market and growth strategies
- Identify new business opportunities across enterprise, government, telecom, cloud, and AI ecosystems
- Drive regional market penetration and strategic expansion initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across governments, sovereign digital agencies, regulators, enterprises, telcos, cloud providers, and strategic ecosystem partners
- Engage with public sector leadership and regional digital transformation initiatives
- Develop high-value strategic alliances to accelerate ecosystem growth and adoption
- Drive revenue growth, enterprise adoption, and strategic partnerships
- Build repeatable commercial frameworks and scalable business operations
- Translate strategic vision into measurable execution and business outcomes
- Support fundraising, investor discussions, and strategic business initiatives where required
- Operate with strong ownership, urgency, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic decision-making and global execution priorities
- Build teams, processes, and operational structures in a fast-scaling environment
- Navigate ambiguity and make effective decisions in a high-growth startup environment
- Represent the company at executive forums, AI conferences, government engagements, and ecosystem events globally
- Position the organization as a leading player within Open Source AI and Sovereign AI ecosystems
- Evangelize enterprise AI adoption and open-source innovation strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven leader with strong execution capability and startup mentality.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, Country Manager, GM, or senior business leader within high-growth technology environments
- Proven ability to scale businesses, build markets, and drive growth from 0→1 or 1→100 stages
- Strong experience within AI, enterprise software, cloud, open-source technology, infrastructure platforms, or developer ecosystems
- Established relationships within Singapore's enterprise or public sector ecosystem
- Experience engaging with government agencies, sovereign technology initiatives, GLCs, regulators, or regional ecosystem stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving partnerships, GTM strategy, and strategic growth initiatives
- Regional APAC exposure and cross-border leadership experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous startup environments
