- Support overall business operations across two companies, including client coordination, business communication, project follow-ups, and channel management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Manage and track sales activities, follow up on leads, and support deal closures to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Coordinate and manage projects, including documentation, report preparation, presentation support, and client engagement.
- Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, participate in product training, and conduct site visits when required.
- Perform client needs analysis and site assessments to recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries, including product and technical information.
- Ensure smooth project handovers and provide ongoing post-sales support.
- Facilitate bilingual (Chinese-English) interpretation during meetings and provide accurate translation for business documents, emails, and proposals.
- Assist the General Manager in daily business and administrative matters, including scheduling, coordination, and task follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (designers, administrative staff, and external partners) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support interior design-related tasks, including design coordination, material documentation, and soft/hard furnishing process follow-up.
- Actively generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- With a professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to conduct business negotiations and provide interpretation/translation independently.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, project coordination, executive assistant roles, or design-related positions is an advantage.
- Experience in the audiovisual (AV) industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply product and service knowledge.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian business environments and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a high level of reliability and commitment.
