Job Descriptions

Handle registration of patients’ visits.
Appointment scheduling (handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails).
Billing and payment
Observation wards monitoring: prepare the necessary medical documents for doctors’ review.
Coordinate the admission and discharge of patients.
Perform swab tests for patients
