Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are capable of multitasking with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of Director
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Maintain Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and sending reminders
- Liaise with suppliers, event venues, and external service providers
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
