Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are capable of multitasking with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of Director
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Maintain Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and sending reminders
  • Liaise with suppliers, event venues, and external service providers
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in any discipline
  • Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
