Private Banking - Client Service Manager
The Client Service Manager plays a vital role in supporting both Relationship Managers and clients. This position handles core functions across client servicing, trade operations, compliance, and administrative tasks within the wealth management and private banking sector.

Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various internal business units to ensure all client documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to and resolve all client queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with client order taking and develop a deep understanding of the client’s overall relationship with the bank.
- Manage trade booking, execution, and trade settlements.
- Resolve settlement, funding, and collateral issues efficiently.
- Follow up on margin calls and manage transactional documentation, including client suitability and eligibility checks.
- Maintain full awareness of and strictly adhere to all internal policies and procedures.
- Handle core administrative tasks, including travel and hotel bookings, expense claims, and mailing marketing materials.
Skills and requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in a frontline client service role within private banking, wealth management, or investment banking.
- Certification in CACS Paper 1 & 2 is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of private banking investment products, including Equities, FX, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
- Familiarity with product tools and trade settlement systems.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written Mandarin proficiency to effectively support China or HongKong business needs.
- Efficient in a fast-paced environment and willing to work outside normal business hours when required.
