(UP $4K) Order Management Customer Support (Expo MRT | 1 yr contract)

Job Details:

• 1 year contract + 1 month completion bonus
• Location: East (near MRT Expo)
• Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Participate in projects. Lead and/or collaborate with Order Management team
• Process customer orders in SAP within agreed service levels
• Maintain customer master data and system setups in SAP
• Facilitate order shipment per customer’s requested delivery date
• Support pricing issue checks and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
• Identify and escalate order data discrepancies for further investigation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process standardisation
• Generate reports to ensure accuracy and compliance of order management processes
• Work with regional teams across Asia, Europe and North America customer
