Customer Service Representative (Order Management ,1 year Contract)

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycles and customer master data using SAP Order Management.
- Drive Continuous Process Improvement through automation tools like RPA and AI.
- Analyze and resolve pricing discrepancies in coordination with Account Managers and Finance.
- Troubleshoot system data issues and escalate technical bugs to IT for rapid resolution.
- Monitor process execution through data reporting to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Support a global customer base spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Diploma in relevant field
- 1-2 years of working experience in order management.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
