ICU Nurses Wanted! (Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse / Nurse Clinician)

• We are looking for ICU-trained Nurses (Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse / Nurse Clinician)

Job Description:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients’ conditions continuously
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced life support as prescribed
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps)
• Assist in emergency interventions, including CPR and rapid response situations
• Collaborate closely with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies

• Provide clinical leadership in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring high standards of patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
• Support safe, effective, and cost-conscious nursing care while contributing to resource management and continuous improvement of clinical standards.
• Assist in administrative planning for the Assistant Director of Nursing and provide supervision and guidance to the nursing team.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB & BCLS
• For Nurse Clinician: Minimum Degree in Nursing with Advanced Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent, with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant hospital clinical experience, preferably in ICU or critical care settings.
