Executive/ Senior Executive, Trust Services - Toa Payoh

About the Role

You will support the team in managing business opportunities/ client relationships and promoting our trust solutions to intermediaries and prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s will services and trust structuring solutions
• Work closely with external B2B partners, family offices, wealth managers, financial advisers, law firms, other intermediaries, in client acquisition and relationship management activities
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, fee proposals, client onboarding documentation, trust documentation
• Maintain and update the client database and help track business leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
• Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, webinars, networking sessions, client meetings, seminars, and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Settlements, Fee Team) to support the smooth execution of trust structures and services
• Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to support strategic positioning and product development
• Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in wealth management, corporate services, legal support, or client service roles is an advantage
• Candidates without working experience are welcomed to apply
• Interest in trust and fiduciary services, estate planning, or private wealth structuring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated, client-centric environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in another Asian language is an advantage
