Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, photocopying, and record management.
- Assist in compiling and preparing monthly administrative or project reports.
- Support document control activities and assist Document Controllers with daily administrative tasks.
- Verify and check invoices prior to processing for payment.
Requirements:
- GCE O level and above
- At least 2 years of admin experience in the Construction/Engineering sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
