The Company

A law firm is seeking a part-time Admin Manager to work remotely in support of its business operations.

The Role

This role is responsible for supporting business operations through client and stakeholder coordination, including sending company presentations and quotes and following up with clients. You are also required to manage end-to-end onboarding processes for clients, new staff, and correspondents, ensuring smooth integration, handling administrative and compliance-related tasks, and manages mail handling.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administrative or operations support, preferably within a professional service or legal environment. They should be well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote working setup.

Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, as well as supporting onboarding processes.
