QC Inspector (Singaporean/ SPR) - Woodlands

• Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturdays (5.5 days)
• Pay: Monthly gross $2,600++ (including allowances and incentives)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform QC check on daily operation to make sure it complies with company food safety, quality and Halal standard.
• Perform regular inspection, testing and line release on from raw material until finished goods outgoing including all PRP’s (cleanliness, hygiene, GMP, laboratory)
• Report and assist in non-conformance item investigation and isolation non-conformance product that does not meet company food safety, quality and Halal standard.
• Support SOP’s enforcement required in production area.
• Assist QA manager in Quality and production related issues.
• Support production leaders, section leaders and crew on any wrong doing and guide them on correct SOP’s.

Job Requirements:

• Able to perform daily QC job and task assigned independently.
• Able to work primarily night shifts with flexibility for morning or afternoon shifts.
• Able to communicate and work closely with other operation function (e.g: production, engineering, warehouse) team.
• Strong cooperation with others QC team member and operation.
• Proactively work with other operation and other function (e.g: R&D)
