QC Inspector / QC Assistant - Woodlands

Job Description & Requirements

Objective:

To ensure that products meet the required quality standards during and after production by performing inspections, completing documentation, and supporting root cause analysis for any defects or non-conformities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Ensure all activities follow quality standards, SOPs, and environmental guidelines.
• Record inspection findings accurately and complete all required QC documentation.
• Download and compile quality data from the quality system for reporting.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the inspection area and proper handling of QC tools and equipment.
• Assist in training or buddying new team members to ensure inspection consistency.
• Work closely with the QA and Production teams to resolve any quality-related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Science, Quality Control, or related field.
• Basic understanding of quality inspection procedures.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior QC or manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
