IT Applications Service Delivery Manager

Exciting leadership opportunity in IT Applications Service Delivery Management with a global tech firm driving digital transformation across industries.

Job Purpose: Lead IT teams to deliver application, cloud, and infrastructure services across public and private sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud, application, and infrastructure support services.
Ensure SLAs are met and services align with client contracts and expectations.
Lead service reviews and improve delivery processes through client feedback.
Guide and support technical teams with mentoring and professional development.
Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and optimize service delivery operations.

Job Requirements:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related; Master’s is a plus.
10+ years in IT service delivery, 5+ years in leadership roles.
Hands-on experience in cloud platforms, app support, and infrastructure.
Knowledge of ITIL, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and project management frameworks.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client communication skills.

The successful IT Applications Service Delivery Manager must possess strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and a proven ability to manage cloud and application support services in complex environments.
