Senior Associate / Associate, Medication Delivery Service (MDS)

You will be responsible for answering and managing calls, faxes and emails from members of the public, patients and internal staff pertaining to medication delivery for order taking, scheduling, coordinates with vendor, general enquiries and billing.
You will also provide administrative support for efficient management and smooth operations of Pharmacy service area(s) to provide prompt, efficient and excellent service to customers.
Job Requirements- GCE N / O / A / NITEC / Higher NITEC certificate with good communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service role / Related customer service and service quality background is preferred.
- PC Knowledge – Internet Explorer, MS Word, Excel and Power Point essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with initiative and a pleasant disposition
