Bukit Merah - Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant

SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods to predetermined restaurants on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading the vehicle and providing exceptional service to our internal guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to the outlets on time and in good condition.
• Plan delivery routes and schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure delivery documents (invoices, delivery orders) are accurately completed and signed.
• Maintain professional customer interactions during deliveries.
• Perform vehicle inspections and ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness.

Warehouse Duties:

• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment (where applicable).
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory control.
• Comply with health and safety regulations in the warehouse and during deliveries.

• Valid driver’s license (Class 3).
• Clean driving record with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 30 kg).
• Prior experience in delivery or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse systems or inventory software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime if required.
