Responsibilities:
- Provide full executive and administrative support to Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and communications while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate internal and external engagements, including board sessions and business events.
- Assist in preparing key documents, reports, and presentations for management discussions.
- Handle HR-related matters such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll checking.
- Oversee general office management, including supplies, vendor coordination, and record maintenance.
- Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
