Executive Assistant - Bukit Merah

Our Client is an Established Lifestyle Multinational Corporation. They are seeking an Executive Admin Assistant to join their growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Office Support- Provide comprehensive support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense claims, and scheduling of meetings.
- Prepare high-quality presentation decks (PowerPoint), meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
- Manage confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Coordinate office logistics and act as liaison with vendors and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and documents (strong proficiency in Excel required).
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Brand, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams.
- Assist with event coordination, logistics, and on-site execution support for BTL activations.
- Liaise with external agencies and creatives (photographers, videographers, designers) on scheduling and deliverables.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for digital campaigns and content.
- Support performance tracking, media schedules, and campaign calendar upkeep.
- Leverage productivity tools such as AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to automate tasks, write first drafts, and enhance presentation and documentation workflows.
- Must demonstrate a strong understanding of AI prompt engineering for drafting copy, summarising meetings, and enhancing productivity.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools (prompting, text/image generation, summarisation).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful with a proactive mindset.
- Previous experience in marketing, creative agencies, or a branding environment is a plus.
- Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Exposure to marketing functions such as event coordination, campaign reporting, or media planning.
- Familiarity with platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, RED (小红书), or other China-specific digital platforms.
Other Information
Working Location : CentralWorking Hours : Monday to Friday , Office Hours, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary : S$4,500 or Above + Bonuses
