• Adecco is partnering with an established Korean Multinational Co. We are looking for a Credit Risk Analysis & Management Professional to join the team!
• As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you are the right-hand person to the CFO, working closely with business stakeholders and clients across the region on credit risk analysis and management responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of vendors, including review of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
• Assess business performance trends, liquidity, solvency, and overall creditworthiness of vendors.
• Prepare detailed credit risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management and procurement teams.
• Monitor and update risk profiles of existing vendors on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with sourcing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure vendor onboarding aligns with internal risk policies.
• Develop and refine credit risk models and scoring systems tailored to the sourcing industry.
• Support the development of risk mitigation strategies, including payment terms, credit limits, and insurance requirements.
• Stay updated on macroeconomic trends and regional market conditions that may impact vendor risk.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk analysis, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and risk assessment tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Korean is required to communicate with Korean-speaking counterparts
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
