Aesthetic customer service officer cum consultant (basic+allowance+commission)

Job Description:

• Provide high standards of Aesthetics Clinic customer service
• Assisting clients requests / enquiries from different platforms

• Send reminder to clients for upcoming appointment
• Schedule and manage appointment bookings in the system
• Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
• Help and work together with Sales Team to achieve monthly outlet sales targets
• Recommend services and treatments to patients, based on their needs and doctors' input
• Understand patient's skin conditions and skin concerns
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality
• Perform administrative support such as maintaining accurate patient medical records, and cashiering
• Clinic location in East Coast.
• Working Hours: 11-8pm (Mon to Fri) & 10-7pm (Sat)
• 7 Off Days per month with every Sunday Off

Requirements:

• Experience in Aesthetics /Beauty or related industry will be a plus
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player who keeps the team abreast of latest developments
• Strong communication skills
• Good Computer Skills
• Willing to work on a roster basis
• Immediate position
