We’re seeking an experienced HR admin and operations person to join our human resources function, ensuring the seamless management of our most valuable asset – our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the hiring cycle, from identifying talent to conducting interviews and finalizing selections.
- Maintain accurate records, manage training requests, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Assist in payroll operations
- Administer employee benefits programs, plan, coordinate, and facilitate employee learning and development activities.
- Review, track, and approve employee expense claims.
- Oversee everyday office functions such as correspondence handling, visitor reception, supplier coordination, invoice processing, and liaising with the U.S. finance department.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, well-stocked, and welcoming visitors
- Coordinate logistics for special projects, marketing initiatives, and client visits.
- Carry out miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
- At least 3-4 years experience in HR admin related matters
- High level of initiative and proactiveness
- Reliable and strong communication skills
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and related statutory policies
- Good verbal and written command of English
