Accounts Assistant [ AR / AP ]

Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) receipts and update records based on bank statements.
• Prepare daily bank balance reports and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash collection, cash counting, and reconciliation reporting.
• Monitor and prepare AR ageing reports for outstanding balances.
• Process and record Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, payments, and supplier transactions.
• Coordinate payment processing for both local and overseas suppliers.
• Prepare monthly costing reports, depreciation schedules, accruals, prepayments, and maintain fixed asset records.
• Reconcile suppliers’ Statements of Account (SOA), manage petty cash, and support ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words / Excel)
• Able to work well in a team
