About the role
Ying Shun Shipping Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Account Executive to join our team in the Central Region. As a key member of our accounting and finance division, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records and reporting.This full-time position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.
What you'll be doing- Handling daily bookkeeping, collate invoices, review of payment submission from different department, preparing daily bank payment, etc
- Reviewing and monitoring vessels account by closely liaising with the custodian of cash on board of vessel, preparation and reconciliation of vessel's account report on quarterly basis
- Review of employment contract of crew prepared by HR department
- Preparation of monthly salary and sign-off salary of crew based on their employment contract signed with company
- Preparation and review of weekly bank payment report
- Booking of air/train ticket for crew and company staff for work-related travelling
- Prepare monthly management account of various company
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues
