About the role

Ying Shun Shipping Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Account Executive to join our team in the Central Region. As a key member of our accounting and finance division, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records and reporting.

What you'll be doing

Handling daily bookkeeping, collate invoices, review of payment submission from different department, preparing daily bank payment, etc
Reviewing and monitoring vessels account by closely liaising with the custodian of cash on board of vessel, preparation and reconciliation of vessel's account report on quarterly basis
Review of employment contract of crew prepared by HR department
Preparation of monthly salary and sign-off salary of crew based on their employment contract signed with company
Preparation and review of weekly bank payment report
Booking of air/train ticket for crew and company staff for work-related travelling
Prepare monthly management account of various company

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
No experience are welcome to apply
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues
