We are looking for a Desktop Engineer (L1 Support) to provide on-site IT support in a healthcare setting. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, able to work independently, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 IT support to end users (hardware/software issues)
Perform troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Manage and support BitLocker encryption
Ensure anti-virus updates and endpoint security compliance
Handle incident logging, tracking, and resolution within SLA
Support user account-related requests (e.g. password resets)
Work closely with users and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

Experience in Desktop / IT Support (L1)
Familiar with Windows environment
Knowledge of BitLocker and endpoint security tools
Able to work independently and manage tasks proactively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
