Our client is looking for a dedicated IT Support / Desktop Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support in a highly sensitive and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 to Level 3 IT support (helpdesk and on-site)
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA
Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets
Support daily IT operations and infrastructure tasks
Assist in new system rollouts and project implementations
Prepare basic documentation and reports
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required
Conduct basic equipment and electrical safety checks

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in IT or related field
At least 2 years of IT support experience
Experience handling L1–L3 support
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and strong team player
Able to work in a confidential and security-focused environment

Technical Skills (Preferred)

Windows 7/10 and Microsoft 365 support
Apple macOS troubleshooting
LAN/WAN networking basics
Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
Exposure to servers, infrastructure, and basic networking concepts

Certifications (Good to Have)

CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Server+
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Linux+
MCSA or Microsoft certifications
Apple macOS certifications
