Treasury Analyst #ESS

Support daily operational treasury activities for all business units and legal entities
- Support the integration & implementation of new acquisition(s) into banking platforms
- Support in SAP / TMS systems to drive process improvement for efficiency
- Tracking of day to day liquidity movements to identify risks, and take sufficient cash measures as and when required
- Perform data analysis on historical data in comparison with present data
- Monitor the level of overdue arising from Intercompany & 3rd Party transactions
- Identify / monitor legal entities which are generating / burning cash
- Participate in reviewing cash positions and cash flow forecasts to ensure an optimal level of cash in each entity
- Analyzing positive cash balances to optimize excess liquidity
- Support the integration & implementation of new acquisition(s) to group cash management and FX / hedging policy.
- Review and execute ad-hoc FX requests and forecasted FX exposures of entities.
- Review and ensure that executed FX deals are correctly updated in ERP / TMS systems.
- Monitor Cash pool positions and ensure sufficient funds.
- Monitor and cover exposures resulting from Netting runs and daily operations.
- Monitor and cover negative balances of entities’ internal bank accounts (where possible).
- Monitor and review budgeted Financial Result Income / Expense
- Preparation of various monthly reports, such as FX hedging results / Debt levels of legal entities / Cash pool data, Net debt & Cash reporting, Aging report; and Liquidity planning progress status
- Preparation of quarterly / monthly slides and materials for presentation to Board of Directors
- Participate in consolidating and reporting of treasury’s risks globally
- Various ad-hoc admin duties e.g. setting up meetings, maintaining treasury database of files and folders, organize courier delivery of documents
