Finance Analyst

Finance is the bridge between operations and strategy. You could be the one who builds it.

We are seeking Finance Analyst to support financial operations, payments processing, regulatory compliance, budgeting and finance projects. This role works across back-office, financial reporting, audit and tax filings and process enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Update and complete ledger sets and prepare financial working papers
• Prepare audited financial reports, coordinate with external reviewers for audit completion
• Take charge of corporate income tax filing processes, liaise with tax advisors, and review tax calculation sheets

• Play an active role in budgeting and forecast cycles by collaborating with departments on projections.
• Update financial data for consolidated budgeting and generate management reports analyzing budget variances.

• Drive financial operations, including banking and treasury assistance activities.
• Process billings and disbursements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Update records of financial institution listings, authorization and contact details.

• Handle tasks related to financial institution and custodian account administration, including opening, closing, and updating account signing authorities.

• Participate in finance and systems initiatives focused on workflow optimization.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of financial tools and platforms.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles; ability to maintain full sets of accounts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; proactive with a "can-do" attitude
• Demonstrated interest in finance systems, automation, or workflow optimization
